What is chiropractic care and how does it help after an accident?

Chiropractic care focuses on treating the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms—through adjustments, rehabilitation therapy, and recovery plans personalized to your injury.

Do I need a referral to get treatment?

No. You can come directly to Clínica Real for your evaluation and treatment—no referral needed.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes, our entire staff is 100% bilingual—English and Spanish— across all 4 clinics.

How many clinics do you have and where are they located?

We have 4 conveniently located clinics in Phoenix (51st Ave & McDowell), Maryvale (75th Ave & Thomas), Glendale (35th Ave & Glendale), and Mesa (Mesa Drive & Southern).

Cost & Insurance

Do I have to pay out of pocket?

In most auto accident or workers' compensation cases, treatment comes at no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Do you accept health insurance?

We work with different types of coverage, and in most accident cases, treatment is covered through the at-fault insurer or a deferred payment agreement (lien).

How does payment work if my case is an auto accident?

We work with attorneys and insurers so you can start treatment right away, without waiting for your case to settle.

Do you work with workers' compensation?

Yes, we accept workers' compensation cases and help you navigate your claim process.

Auto Accidents

How soon should I seek treatment after an auto accident?

You should seek care within 24–72 hours, even if you don't feel pain yet.

What if I don't feel pain right after the accident?

Many injuries show up with a delay—like whiplash— and symptoms can appear days later.

Do you work with personal injury attorneys?

Yes, we regularly coordinate with attorneys and can recommend trusted law firms if you need one.

Work Injuries

What should I do if I get injured at work?

Report the injury to your employer as soon as possible and seek medical care right away—you can also contact us first if you have questions about the process.

Will workers' compensation cover my treatment?

In most cases, yes. Coverage depends on your claim, but we help guide you through the entire process.

Do I need my employer's authorization before coming in?

No. Your health comes first—you can seek care right away, without waiting for prior authorization.
